I don’t get out to the movies very often but I have two weeks in a row now. Last week I saw Resident Evil which I thought was great. Thus week I spent 40 bucks on a matinee and thought I would sum up my opinion in one concise word:

I was wondering if this was really as bad as everyone said!
OMG I thought it was one of the worst mainstream movies I’ve seen in forever. Womp womp womp for me. I thought the trailer made it look good but those are literally the only parts that were interesting in the whole thing. Cry.
And it’s by the same director who did the amazing and terrible Dashcam. Like a gross movie along the lines of The Greasy Strangler is his pedigree, the kind of thing I’m embarrassed to love. So it should have been better.
It was awful. We all deserve better hahaha
Well, it’s Blumhouse. There was a 75% chance it was gonna suck.

As you’re well aware I’m not huge into modern films (there’s ones I like of course). I thought this looked just ok. But that horrendous title lol. Awful. That alone makes me not wanna see this.
Save your time and money! It was really really really stupid when even the ghost hunters are calling the thing “other mommy”. I wanted to take a shit in the middle of the theater.
